Late Nite Stampers Gift Card Holder Challenge #202

I do not know how I forgot, but I did not post this yesterday.  This week at Late Nite Stampers the challenge is to make gift card holders.  Now, I need to make 5 the same so I wanted something simple and quick (I am sure you can relate).  So this is what I came up with:

You can basically use left over scraps.  The body of the holder is a 4X8 1/2" strip of card stock folded at 3", and 6".
I cut the inner liner 1/4" smaller each way, and glued it to the holder before scoring.  Then I just made a co-ordinating band for the center section to hold the card and added the 2 end portions, one with a stamped greeting and the other blank for you to write a note. The entire thing is held together with a belly band with the Santa stamped, cut out and adhered to it.  To spruce it up, I glittered his hat band and pompom.
So simple and quick, you can easily make a bunch!
Thanks for stopping.

  1. Great gift card. I like the fact that you can make it with scraps, but it sure doesn't look like you did. Thanks for the directions.
