Hi, it has been a while since I created a sample for one of our challenges at Late Nite Stampers. This week, I got my act together and made a birthday card suitable for any man or boy on your list.
Now, since the samples from the team are to mainly Stampin' Up products, I used all vintage SU stuff. The tractor stamp (from Tractor Time) is my all-time favourite stamp. I used three greens for the background which is an older SU stamp as well (I think it is called Distressed Plaid). My greens were Lucky Limeade, Wild Wasabi and Green Galore but any three would work. The tractor is stamped using Wild Wasabi and the only cardstocks I used are Wild Wasabi, Black and Whisper White. I decided to use a banner type greeting and mini brads as it has a more masculine look. I really like how the sentiment jumps out by mounting it behind the black card stock.
I encourage you to visit our challenge at LATE NITE STAMPERS to view the samples from our team. You will find some amazing talent there.
Thanks for visiting.......and see you next week!

Truly gorgeous hun...:o)

This is a great card Cheryl Ann, my hubby would love it. I still got to get mine done for this challenge--later today I hope.
ReplyDeleteGreat card - that background stamp is one of my favorites and of course being a farmer I love the tractor (and it is our color too!).
